League Secretaries

Due to a conflict of interest we will not be participating in the workshop this year.

We will be delivering the women’s supplies directly to the center.  We will notify the center of the date we will be there in case you would like to attend. I will be happy to answer any questions at that time.  Of course I am always available to answer questions at anytime at the office.

I will go over some of the things that are important for you to remember.

First you must submit your league application as soon as possible, but it should be within 30 days due to the fact that your bonding could be affected if you go past that date.  In other words if you had your money stolen or lost you might not be able to recover your losses.

Next we keep a good supply of awards on hand, but if you don’t send your awards in a timely manner it might cause us to run out.  It takes us around two weeks to get them back in stock.  So please do not hold your awards for months at a time.  We re-order as the supply gets low, but if you hit us with 3 or 4 months at a time we are not able to keep on top of it.

The membership cards are different this year so please make sure your bowlers fill them out correctly.  They have a place for their signature so make sure they sign them. 

The women are hosting State Tournament in 2009.  We would hope that all of you would plan on participating.  Plano Super Bowl & AMF Richardson will be hosting the tournament.  We will be sending out reminders & entries later on.

We are still planning on holding Bowl for the Cure, but we do not have all the details at this time.  We will definitely let you know when & where it will take place.

We will still need May 1^st & end of league averages so that they can be in our average book. 

I plan on continuing to mail the awards to you, because I feel this is the fastest way to get them to you.  The exception will be honor scores.
